LUBRICATING TOWARDS THE FUTURE

ATLANTIC SYNTHECH TURBO SAE 15W-40 CJ-4/E9

DESCRIPTION

ATLANTIC SYNTHECH TURBO SAE 15W-40 CJ-4/E9 is a technologically advanced heavy duty diesel engine oil designed for low-emission engines that operate on high temperatures using low sulfur fuel and are fitted with exhaust after-treatment devices such as Three Way Catalyst (TWC), Diesel particulate filters (DPF), Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR), Diesel Particulates & Nitrous-oxide Reduction (DPNR), and Exhaus (EGR). The product has been designed to adhere to the low emission criteria of EURO I, II, III, IV, and V and to have longer drain intervals. A grade with a viscosity of SAE 15W-40 is offered of it so that engine piston deposits can be controlled.

APPLICATIONS

  • High duty Diesel Cars that are equipped with cutting-edge exhaust after-treatment systems, such as particle filters, EGR, and catalytic converters, in order to fulfill the standards for low emissions EURO IV & V
  • Although it is compatible with various engine oils, it is strongly advised that you do not mix the oils together in order to prolong the life of exhaust after-treatment devices.
  • Long Drain capability
  • Good soot dispersancy, piston deposits, and oxidation control

PROPERTIES

  • ATLANTIC SYNTHECH TURBO SAE 15W-40 CJ-4/E9 is formulated with superior viscosity stability in service, which ensures that the engine will receive adequate lubrication even under demanding circumstances.
  • Superb detergent, dispersant, and anti-wear additives keep the engine’s most sensitive sections clean and allow for effective control of soot, sludge, and piston deposits. These additives also help prevent wear on the engine’s moving parts.
  • ATLANTIC SYNTHECH TURBO SAE 15W-40 CJ-4/E9 is formulated with a “low-SAPS” formulation, which increases the durability of the post-treatment system and prevents the diesel particle filter from being clogged.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Protects and improves exhaust after-treatment devices such as three-way catalysts (TWC), diesel particulate filters (DPF), selective catalyst reduction (SCR), diesel particulates and nitrogen-oxide reduction (DPNR), and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), making them appropriate for low-emission engines.
  • Because of the low phosphorous level, the catalyst’s life should be increased.
  • Outstanding resistance to oil thickening and sludge formation, excellent deposit control, and an improvement in engine life are all features of this product.
  • Excellent efficiency in the use of gasoline, an extension of the time between oil changes, and a reduction in the amount of oil added.
  • Good wear protection; excellent low temperature and easy starting; sometimes referred to as an all-weather oil.
