ATLANTIC LOW ASH HYDRAULIC OIL ZF

(Ashless Industrial Hydraulic Fluid)

DESCRIPTION

ATLANTIC LOW ASH HYDRAULIC OILS ZF are advanced lubricants that incorporate a unique ZINC-FREE technology, delivering exceptional protection and performance for a wide range of manufacturing processes and various mobile equipment applications. These oils are designed to withstand high temperatures and mechanical stress, effectively minimizing harmful deposits that could impair the efficiency of your hydraulic system.

APPLICATIONS

ATLANTIC LOW ASH HYDRAULIC OILS ZF are suitable for:

  • Manufacturing and industrial hydraulic systems
  • Severe duty hydraulic service
  • Marine and mobile hydraulic systems
  • Applications involving servo-valves using multimetal components
  • Mobile and stationary hydraulic vane-, piston-, and gear-type pumps

PROPERTIES

ATLANTIC LOW ASH HYDRAULIC OIL ZF is formulated with premium base oil technology and an ashless (“zincfree”) additive system that provides exceptional oxidation stability, water separability, foam suppression, and protection against wear, rust and corrosion. They are designed to meet or exceed the performance requirements of conventional antiwear hydraulic oils, especially in severe, high-output applications such as axial piston pumps. The antiwear performance of these oils makes them especially suited for high performance industrial applications utilizing axial piston pumps where pressures may exceed 5000 psi.
