ATLANTIC ATF D3 – Auto Transmission and Power Steering Fluid

ATLANTIC ATF DEXRONs are semi-synthetic lubricants designed for use in the majority of automatic transmissions. These lubricants have a very high viscosity index and are derived from carefully selected, highly refined base oils. The enhanced fluidity at low temperatures guarantees the best possible performance under any and all circumstances. Because of its remarkable frictional qualities, changing gears and driving are both made more comfortable.

APPLICATIONS

ATLANTIC ATF DEXRON III is recommended for use in automatic transmissions, torque converters, power steering, and hydraulic circuits, for which the manufacturers prescribe a product, which meets the General Motors ATF TYPE Dexron III or Dexron II E and Ford Mercon requirements. These transmissions, torque converters, power steering, and hydraulic circuits are all examples of applications in which ATLANTIC ATF DEXRON III can be utilized (used in GM automatic transmissions pre-2005).

Note that this should NOT be used in situations that require Dexron-VI, Mercon-V, Mercon-SP, or LV.
